But I do think the extravert bit of me could be a bit cultural, as I was actively encouraged (by my family and teachers) to have an opinion and vent it ever since I was a little girl and to tell it like it is, without sugar coating it.

Another extravert! I remember being shushed a lot for speaking too loudly when I was really little and it might have set a precedent.
