Since I made Jon Smith Tricou an artist in my story, I figured I'd better make some examples of his work. The characters featured are Titania Summerdream, Olive Specter, Jennicor Tricou, Cornelia Goth, and Rainelle Neengia. Everything's been compressorized.

These are recolors of Maxis meshes, so you should be able to find them using the design tool on the meshes listed above after you've extracted the files into your downloads folder.

Titania seems to be a sorta-fairy\elf, and may live longer and be hard to peg down.
Jennicor Tricou seems to have lived long, long ago - with Rainelle haunting Jen's grandkids' house. Hard to peg down, but Rai-Rai may have moved into the House of Fallen Trees (and died of fright) even as late as a few SimDays before the start of the events of TS2.
Cornelia and Olive are from two different generations, with Olive having a son on the first stages of adulthood (Even trough Nervous Subject is Death's child and a test subject) and a teenage niece while Cornelia is dead, and CoCo's granddaughter Cassandra is an adult ready for marriage while Cassandra s' little brother Alexander is entering the later stages of kidhood.

When the Tricous lived is completely open to interpretation. We only know they lived there before Rainelle, not that it was long ago. There's nothing to indicate a time period except their clothing, which is modern.

Olive was impregnated by Grim when she was an elder, so she is old enough to have been an elder for 20+ years and be in the same generation as Cornelia. Cornelia could have had Morty at 20 and Olive could have had Nervous at 60, explaining the 40 year age gap between them. Willow is Olive's younger sister and her ghost is an elder, so she probably had Ophelia later in life.

There's also nothing to say all the neighborhoods are synchronized, to say nothing of the age changing drugs and such that exist in their universe.
