Here's another apartment complex on a small lot (2x3), this time a nicer furnished one for your bachelor or bachelorette. This is where young Mr. Lothario is going to live. It comes with four apartments, and the rent ranges from §1689-§3068.



The apartments on the first floor are basically studio apartments with a raised level for the bedroom part.



The top level apartments have a loft for the bed and a balcony.





There's a grill and hottub in the backyard.

This probably requires all the EPs/SPs except Ikea, but if you use clean installer it will just require Apartment Life (and Seasons if you want the nice patio furniture.) The only CC included are the cut-outs for the stairway walls, by JRW on MTS.
