Apparently, since I have all the EPs that means the lots I upload will require them, even though the content is mostly basegame. According to the people I asked, it won't require the SPs unless I used content from them (which I didn't.) However, if you use the Clean Installer, you can install any lot and it will just find a suitable replacement for anything you don't have. So the only issue with this then would be somebody trying to install an apartment without AL.
